Returns and cancellations

If your order has not shipped, contact Katan Palace promptly to request cancellation. Orders customised at your request, including added tassels or fall/pico work, may no longer be cancellable once that work has begun.

Please email Contact@katanpalace.com within 48 hours of delivery if you receive an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect. Include your order number and clear photographs. Do not send an item back until we provide return instructions.

Returned items must be unused and sent with their original tags and bill. Returns and exchanges are limited to unstitched sarees, stoles and dupattas; detached blouse pieces, stitched items and altered sarees are excluded. We will review the request and explain the available replacement, store credit or refund option before you send the item.
